Land Use Planner (New Graduate)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Complete payments and expense reconciliation by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Maintain historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network and billing system
  • Verify invoices as to pricing, quantity received, total cost and match with Purchase Order
  • Enter coded invoices into accounting system.
  • Schedule payments , input invoices, file in open A/P Files and run invoice listing

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about traffic and transportation design, in support of our land development and public infrastructure projects.   • Prepare traffic impact analysis and report preparation, including coordinating traffic counts, calculating growth rates, trip generation, assessing traffic impact at access locations/nearby intersections and compiling recommended roadway improvements
  • Contribute to the development of design concepts into preliminary designs, including preparation of design briefs, detailed geometry and general layout development, and other infrastructure elements
